hey , 1E2 the meeting time would be 12 pm on the 27 of nov at zhss front gate as the earliest we can check in would be 2.30 pm , we would be leaving zhss at around 1 pm so from

12 pm - 1 pm - lunch time @ serangoon
1pm-2.30pm- travel time
2.30 pm - 4.30 pm - check in and games time
* please note there will not be any free and easy as there would be not enough time
4.30 - anytime - bbq dinner and games

yo, the decided date is 27 and 28 nov (2 day 1 night), the chalet is alrdy booked at downtowneast.We decided to book 1 rm which will cost $158( the price is nw changed because of the addition of gst).

Attire for meet: zhss sec 1 camp tee

You'll have to bring the following items:
-$15 for cost of chalet( not confirmed yet) etc
-ez link card ( as we will be taking public transport to that place)
-playing decks/cards (old maid and blah blah)
-sleeping bags for those that are staying over
-extra clothing & undergarments (for the water fight)
We'll planning some activities before the bbq starts, like the water fight.=D

Schedule: (pls be noted that tis is the wrong schedule, the updated schedule is on the above 18 nov post)

9 AM SHARP- meet at zhonghua front gate (there will be a max waiting time of 9 .20 am, if u dun turn up by that time, we won't wait for u as the schedule is quite tight)

10++ am-12.30pm -games

After games is lunch, free and easy till 4.30pm (lunch will not be provided) By 4.30pm everyone will have to meet inside the chalet to prepare for the night bbq =D

Everyone going is suppose to contribute one item from the below list. Pls find the cheapest brand you can get. There will be NO refund. Those in red are those haven provided items waiting for u to provide =D. Those in blue are those alrdy provided items. Once you choose the item you wan to provide,tag on the tagboard, naming the item(s) you wan to provide. we're working on a 1st tag 1st get basis.
